MATTHEW 21:14–16
A child of eight stood up during a church gathering and began to sing praises to Jesus. His voice was small, but the Spirit moved powerfully—many were moved to tears. No one expected such depth from a child.
When the children praised Jesus in the temple, the religious leaders were indignant (Matthew 21:15). But Jesus reminded them of Psalm 8: God has “perfected praise” through the mouths of children.
God often chooses the unlikely to reveal His glory. Like that boy, children can lead us in true worship.
🙏 I pray that your heart will be open to hear God—even through a child. Amen.
