2 CORINTHIANS 1:3–7
In a small village, Margaret discovered she had a serious heart condition requiring lifelong medication. Discouraged and ready to give up, the elderly widow felt her life had little value. However, neighbours encouraged her to seek treatment and trust God.
Years later, she visited a younger woman battling a similar illness. Margaret’s struggles allowed her to truly understand the woman’s pain. Her words brought comfort in ways others could not. “Now I see how God can still use me,” she smiled.
According to our Bible text, since God comforts us, we can comfort others through Christ.
Though suffering is hard to bear, God often uses our trials to comfort others. His love strengthens us to encourage those facing similar battles.
🙏 May God help you trust Him through every trouble. Amen.
