JOB 38:1–18; ROMANS 11:36
Some of us focus only on the negatives in the world. DeWitt Jones, a National Geographic photographer, highlights the positives by capturing moments of beauty that often go unnoticed. He reveals wonder in everyday people and nature through his lens.
Job had many reasons to see the world’s wrongs. He lost everything he loved, and his friends turned against him. They accused him of hiding sins. When Job asked God for help, he did not get any answer.
Finally, God invited Job to think about natural wonders that exhibit a wisdom and strength much above our own, from the midst of a storm’s gloom and a whirlwind’s disarray (Job 38:2–4).
Would He ask us? Could simple things like grass, a dog, or a leaf reveal the Creator’s presence even in the midst of challenges?
🙏Men spend so much time contemplating the problems and brokenness in our world. Father in heaven, in the amazement of what only You could have accomplished, help Your servants to see proof of Your presence.
