ROMANS 8:22–26
He was diagnosed with a serious medical problem, leading him to contemplate the possibility of death. He considered whether he needed to mend relationships, manage financial matters, or hand off work that could not wait.
He felt exhausted and unable to perform even simple tasks due to physical discomfort. He even struggled to pray. The inability to pray was the most troublesome aspect of his situation. However, the Creator knew this and prepared for it through the prayer of the Spirit for him when they could not pray and the prayer of others on his behalf (Romans 8:26; James 5:16; Galatians 6:2).
How wonderful it was to know that the Holy Spirit was bringing his problems before the Father even back then. What a blessing it was to hear from loved ones and friends who prayed for him. Another surprise struck him when he realised that God was hearing his replies to questions as well as his requests when they asked him what to pray for. What a blessing it is to know that God hears our prayers even when we feel that we are unable to ask for help during uncertain times.
🙏Thank you, Lord, for hearing us, even when we cannot voice our prayers.
