MATTHEW 6:25-34
Every day, I enjoy writing. However, I must admit that it is often difficult for me to convey everything I want to say in a few words. It seems as though the words are not enough to convey the message.
As I was reading about Christ’s temptation in the book of Matthew (Matt. 4:1-11), I observed something. His story was brief. Matthew’s account of one of the most pivotal events in the Bible is written in less than 250 words. The 23rd Psalm and the Lord’s Prayer immediately came to mind as two brief but significant texts.
Clearly, I do not need any more words; all I need to do is make good use of the ones I have. This applies to other aspects of life as well, such as time, money, and facility. God satisfies the necessities of people who seek His kingdom and righteousness, according to Scripture (Matt. 6:33). The psalmist promises that those who seek the Lord will not lack anything good (Ps. 34:10).
Consider the possibility that God has given you “just enough” if you are thinking today that you just need a little bit more.
🙏🏼 Lord, help us use what You have given us.
