PSALM 23
A lady started a Thanks-Living Jar to become more thankful in her spiritual life. She wrote down one thing she thanked God for each evening, finding praise on both good and bad days. At the end of the year, she found herself again thanking God for everything He had done, from simple things like a beautiful sunset to grace and answering prayers.
Her discovery echoes David’s experience in Psalm 23, where God provided him with green pastures, quiet waters, guidance, protection, and comfort, and promised His goodness and love to follow him throughout his life.
This year, we can create a Thanks-Living Jar, highlighting the numerous reasons to thank God, including His gifts, provisions, and presence in our lives, as well as the constant goodness and love of God.
