JOHN 3:22–35
In a busy classroom, a girl kept raising her hand, eager to answer every question, wanting all the attention. She did not notice her classmates waiting for a chance to speak.
Like that girl, we can get caught up in ourselves, forgetting God’s bigger plan.
John the Baptist showed us a different way—pointing away from himself to Jesus. He was willing to allow Jesus to become greater and himself to become less.
May we choose to put others and Jesus first, leaving selfishness behind and embracing a heart full of love.
🙏 May the Lord grant you the grace to focus more on Him and others, and less on yourself, even as He keeps blessing you, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
