PSALM 42:1-2
East Africa is one of the driest locations on earth, which is why “Nairobi” is such an important name for a city there. The name is derived from a Masai phrase that means “place of cool waters.”
Water has always been both life-giving and significant throughout history. Water is an unavoidable requirement.
Our souls, like the deer portrayed in Psalm 42:1-2, are thirsty for God and desire for Him. We desperately need the nourishment that only Jesus Christ can provide. He is the wellspring of living water that rehydrates our souls.
The living water comes from Jesus.
🙏🏼 Let Your living waters flow over our souls.
