GALATIANS 3:23–29
A well-known story tells of a prince who adopted a poor orphan and gave him full rights as a son. The child did not earn the position; he received it through the prince’s love. In the same way, God welcomes us into His family through faith in Christ, not by our own efforts.
In Galatians 3:23–29, Paul explains that the Law served as a guide until Christ came. Through faith in Jesus, we become God’s children and are united with Him. Baptised believers have “put on” Christ and now share equally in God’s promises as heirs through Him.
As God’s children, we should live confidently in our new identity. Do not allow sin, fear, or the enemy’s lies to make you forget who you are. Through Christ, you have freedom, access to the Father, and strength by the Holy Spirit.
