At six, he rode a roller coaster with his brothers for the first time. At high speeds, he yelled for a stop, but the ride continued. He had to hang on tight for the rest of the ride.
Life can feel like an unwanted roller coaster ride, but the Bible encourages trusting in God. Prophet Isaiah, inspired by the Spirit, said that those whose minds are steadfast will be kept in perfect peace, as they trust in God (Isaiah 26:3).
Peace that exceeds our comprehension is what our Saviour offers us when we turn to Him (Philippians 4:7).
Though there may be challenges in life, all of them are nothing compared to the love that our Saviour has for us.
🙏 Lord, help us to trust in You so that we may live in peace.
