Today has enough problems, let alone tomorrow; take each day as it comes.
Living in the present and focusing on the here and now does not mean you do not have plans for the future or you do not want to improve on your past. Rest in God’s eternal sovereignty, goodness, and love, and trust that He can see you through. Whether you worry or stress yourself, the world will still keep moving.
