I am not a lover of tattoos, but I know many people who put them on their bodies claim it reminds them of incidents, persons, commitments, places, etc.
As regards remembrance, God remembers all the names of the stars He has created, and He reassures us that He remembers all of our names by reminding us where our names are – in the palms of His hands.
He remembers that we belong to Him, He remembers to protect and provide for us when we are in danger or we have a need, He remembers to guide us. And also, painful as it may be, when we need correction, He also remembers to discipline us.
We are never forgotten!
