DEUTERONOMY 34:1–12
Our outlook on life can change over time, with younger individuals looking forward to growth and older individuals yearning for the past. However, when we walk with God, the best days of our lives are yet to come, regardless of our age.
Moses witnessed incredible things from God’s perspective throughout his life, including his encounter with Pharaoh at 80 years old, crossing the Red Sea, witnessing Manna fall from heaven, and even having a face-to-face conversation with God.
Moses lived expectantly, anticipating God’s future actions. At 120 years old, he understood that his life with God was just beginning and that His love and greatness would never end.
Whatever our age, the everlasting God is our refuge, and the everlasting arms steadfastly lift us into His joy every day (Deuteronomy 33:27).
