I KNOW EVERYTHING

PSALM 139:1–18

My friend asked if we could pick up their five-year-old son from school and take him home because they had a medical emergency.

On arrival at the school, we asked the lad whether he was surprised that we came to get him, but he told us that he knew everything.

A five-year-old may claim to know everything, but older individuals often have more questions than answers, wondering about the whys, whens, and hows of life. They often forget that they know God, who knows all things.

Psalm 139:1 and 3 emphasise God’s intimate understanding of us. Its comforting message highlights God’s perfect love, awareness of our current location, and ability to provide assistance in every life circumstance.

Although there will always be limitations in our knowledge, knowing God is the most important thing. He is trustworthy.

🙏Thank You, Lord, that You know everything about us.
