Most times gratitude does not make sense to those unfamiliar with the habit of cultivating a thankful heart. More so, when circumstances are not favourable.
The Bible tells us to give thanks in all circumstances, not just when things are going well.
We have the assurance of God’s love and salvation. No matter what we face, nothing can separate us from His love. If we trust Christ as Saviour, our present and eternity is secure.
Hardship lasts only for a season – and it will surely end. Joy will certainly come. Let us continue to give thanks.
