PHILIPPIANS 3:13-14
Emus and Kangaroos, two native creatures of Australia, have one thing in common – they rarely move backward. Australia’s coat of arms features both creatures as a representation of the country’s commitment to continuous advancement.
In his letter to the Philippians, the apostle Paul encouraged a similar approach to the life of faith.
While it is a good idea to draw lessons from the past, we should not linger on it. Although the past cannot be changed or undone, by God’s help we are able to move on and faithfully serve Him now and in the years to come. The path of faith goes forward as we move closer to Christ.

New heights I’m gaining every day;
Still praying as I’m onward bound,
