COLOSSIANS 1:12–17
As we passed the mountain, the woman said, “It is unbelievable how big the world is!”
We discussed how small we are and how big the world is. Still, our little planet is but a mote of dust amid the vastness of the universe.
If our world is so big and the universe is bigger, how big is the One who powerfully created it?
All things were made through and for Jesus, according to the Bible (Colossians 1:16). This includes both visible and invisible things like thrones, dominions, rulers, and authorities.
We pray to the One who created the universe, who overcame the brokenness of this world, and who rose from the dead to face both big and minor obstacles in life. He graciously extends His peace to us during our difficult moments.
🙏God, we are grateful that You are bigger than anything our minds can ever imagine. Help us to trust You.
