ISAIAH 6:1–10
A smoke alarm shrills at the faintest hint of fire, warning before damage spreads. Our words can also signal what is burning quietly within us.
Isaiah encountered God’s holiness and immediately recognised his unclean lips (Isaiah 6:1–10). God responded with mercy, sending a seraph to touch his mouth with a live coal, declaring his guilt removed and sin forgiven.
Sharp comments, gossip, or careless posts reveal inner unrest in many people today. God invites us to notice the warning, confess honestly, and receive His cleansing. Changed hearts lead to words that bring life, peace, and truth.
🙏 May God purify your heart and your speech today, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
