PSALM 34:1-14
We often hear that doing things our own way leads to happiness. But that is not the case. That way of thinking may only result in heartache, anxiety, and emptiness.
David tells us that we can address our fears and unhappiness by seeking the Lord and receiving answers. Happiness is achieved by doing things God’s way, which can be verified daily. David encourages us to taste and see the goodness of the Lord.
Trust what the Lord says. Following His instructions will show you what He wants you to do. In addition to giving you the grace to act morally, He will also grant you eternal happiness. He is the true source of goodness.
🙏 As you trust the Lord and do what He has given you to do today, may the doors of happiness, success, and prosperity be open to you. Let sorrow, anxiety and failure be far from you, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
