MARK 14:10-21; ROMANS 5:8
The question, “Why did Jesus pick Judas to be one of His disciples?” was put to a clergyman. After giving the question much thought, he was unable to come up with a response. The even more perplexing question of “Why did He choose me?” he claimed, kept coming up.
This is a question that has been asked over the years. It makes little sense at all!
We have all pondered the question, “Why me?” even myself. We are aware that our wicked and evil activities were driven by hearts that were even darker, but God still loved us!
“Why me?” “Why us?” We are unable to comprehend it. In spite of this, we are aware of His affection for us.
God’s love for us is based on who He is, not who we are.
🙏🏻How wonderful is Your grace, Jesus! It is greater than all our sins.
