PHILIPPIANS 2:1–11
Two men discussed their business trip, with one valuing the new relationships formed through business contacts while the other emphasised the importance of selling, indicating their differing agendas.
In various aspects of life, we often view others based on what we can get from them. Paul’s letter to the Philippians emphasises the importance of humility, valuing others above ourselves, and not focusing on our own interests. This approach helps us serve others in Jesus’s name, promoting a more compassionate and considerate approach to relationships.
People should not be exploited for selfish purposes. We love one another because God loves others and because He loves us. The most profound love of all is His.
🙏 Teach us, Lord, to see people as You do—bearing Your image, being worthy of Your love, and needing Your care.
