MATTHEW 5:1–12
A poor farmer once rejoiced over a small harvest because his family had enough to eat and he could share with a needy neighbour. His joy reminds us that true blessedness is not measured by possessions but by a heart shaped by God.
In Matthew 5:1–12, Jesus describes the blessed as the humble, meek, merciful, pure in heart and those who hunger for righteousness. Even those who suffer persecution for His sake are blessed, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Let us value godly character above worldly riches. Remain humble, show mercy, seek righteousness and stand firm in faith, knowing that God’s blessings are eternal.
🙏 May the Lord fill your heart with Christ’s true blessings and keep you steadfast in righteousness. Amen.
