Is perfection possible? If you think it is not, why did Jesus ask us to be perfect? (Matthew 5:48)
From our main text, God said the tabernacle should be built according to all that He had shown. That means “do it exactly”. There is no room for modification or variation. It must be just as He says. It must be perfect!
We are imperfect people living in an imperfect world. If we have to be perfect, we must follow God’s pattern in His word (the Bible). Only our strict obedience to His commands and our aligning to His patterns can make us perfect.
