1 SAMUEL 17:41-50
A massive iron door once barred the entrance to an old castle. Many tried to push it open with all their strength, yet it would not move. Then a guard approached with a tiny key—barely the size of a finger—and with one simple turn, the door swung wide.
David faced Goliath like that key before the door—small, overlooked, but fitted perfectly for God’s purpose. While others trusted weapons and strength, David trusted the name of the Lord. His faith unlocked victory, showing that God’s power works through those who depend wholly on Him.
Today, we may face “doors” of fear, debt, illness, or uncertainty. They seem immovable until faith steps forward. When we trust God, He becomes the key that opens what human strength cannot.
