PSALM 34:8
We do not know the quality of something until we have tried it or experienced it. Theory says that some items will produce a superior meal, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
Perhaps in the recipe of your life, you have wondered what Jesus can do. Maybe you have filled your bowl with things you think would make your life sweeter and you just cannot see how adding Him can make any difference. Well, my friend, if you must know, a little Jesus goes a long way. Doubting? Just sprinkle a little grace on your life, I promise you, you will be waiting to lick the bowl clean when He changes the taste for the best.
Psalm 34:8 invites us to “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” Living our lives without Him is like eating substandard meals.
