PSALM 51
A frozen computer can seem useless until the restart button is pressed, allowing the system to work as intended again. What looked finished simply needed renewal.
In Psalm 51:12, David seeks more than pardon after his sin; he longs for restored joy and a willing spirit. He knows only God can reset his heart and renew his strength.
Today, sin, weariness, or disappointment can stall our spiritual lives. When we repent and turn back to God, He restores our joy and enables us to live faithfully again.
