JOHN 10:11-15
One stormy evening, a farmer noticed one of his lambs missing. Ignoring the pouring rain, he searched through the fields, calling its name. Hours later, he found the trembling creature trapped in a ditch. Soaked but relieved, he lifted it into his arms and carried it home to safety.
In John 10:11, Jesus reveals Himself as the Good Shepherd who does not abandon His sheep. Just as the farmer risked discomfort to rescue the lost lamb, Christ willingly laid down His life for us, showing love that goes far beyond duty.
Today, many wander through life—lost, burdened, or afraid. Yet Jesus still seeks us with compassion, calling us by name and offering safety in His care.
