EPHESIANS 1:1-10
Because her little child was riding in a car without the necessary booster seat, a police officer stopped the woman. He could have issued her a ticket for a traffic violation. Instead, he requested the mother and child meet him at a nearby store, where he bought the required car seat. The mother was having a hard time and could not afford to purchase a seat.
The woman walked away with a present when she ought to have earned a fine for her offense. Anyone who knows Christ has gone through a similar situation. God’s commandments must be obeyed by everyone. However, Jesus has provided us with unmerited favour from God.
Some refer to grace as “love in action.” When the young mother experienced this, she afterwards declared, “I will be forever grateful!
And remember: Jesus is like a booster seat that protects God’s children.
