PSALM 139:13-15
Each day, our hearts beat roughly 100,000 times, sending blood to all of our body’s cells. This amounts to about 35 million beats every year and 2.5 billion beats throughout the course of an average lifespan.
Even though our hearts are beautiful, they are merely one example of the natural world that is made to reveal something to us about our Creator.
So what can we infer from the complexity of this sophisticated muscle, the heart? The message can sound like waves lapping against the shore and look like lights gently gleaming in the night sky. We have reason to believe in our Creator because of His strength and intelligence.
🙏Lord, You are our God; we belong to You; this human body is a marvelous creation that reflects Your knowledge, power, and love in every way.
