JEREMIAH 1:1–8
A sculptor once chose a rough stone others ignored. He said he already saw the statue within. Likewise, our lives are not accidents but part of God’s design. Long before others notice us, God sees our worth and purpose.
God called Jeremiah and told him that He formed him in the womb and knew him (Jeremiah 1:1–8). The Lord revealed Himself as Creator, Guide, and Rescuer. Though Jeremiah felt too young and inadequate, God assured him of His presence and direction.
Today many struggle with doubt, rejection, or a sense of insignificance. Yet God still knows every life deeply and calls each person with purpose. When we remember that we are fully known by Him, we can live with courage, trust, and hope.
