MATTHEW 25:37–40
On the way to school, my daughter and I stopped at a roadside drinks seller near the market.
As we waited, I asked, “Shall we make someone smile today?” She nodded.
We bought our drink – and quietly paid for the next person too, an elderly woman carrying firewood. My daughter’s face lit up.
A bottle of malt may seem small, but Jesus said that whatever we do for the least of these, we do for Him (Matthew 25:40).
Sometimes, love looks like noticing the person next in line and simply doing whatever we can – with joy, kindness, and no fanfare.
🙏 May the Lord Jesus help you put a smile on someone’s face today. Amen.
