People are frequently questioned in polls about their happiness, job satisfaction, and overall enjoyment of life. However, I have never seen a survey that posed the question, “Are you holy?” How would you respond to that question?
Holiness is described as “separation for God and behaviour fit for people separated” in one bible dictionary.
The amazing gift that God provides us through faith in Christ is laid out in Romans 6. As we yield ourselves in submission to the Lord rather than pursuing our old practices of self-gratification, the pursuit of holiness happens every day.
Are you growing in holiness? The response can be a resounding “yes!” with God’s help and grace. Each day, more and better.
