GALATIANS 1:6-10
In 1995, a counterfeit expert explained that bank workers detect fake notes by studying genuine currency closely. Knowing the original helps expose every imitation. In the same way, Christians who know the true gospel can quickly recognise false teachings that distort God’s grace.
In Galatians 1:6-10, Paul was troubled that believers were abandoning the gospel of Christ for another message. Some teachers demanded obedience to Jewish laws in addition to faith in Jesus. Paul firmly declared that salvation is found in Christ alone and warned against anyone who preached otherwise.
Believers today must remain rooted in Scripture and avoid teachings that replace grace with bondage. Hold firmly to Christ, who alone saves completely.
