EXODUS 2:25; 3:1-9
When a young mother became homeless in the 1960s, she wrote a desperate letter to the Queen of her country. To her amazement, the Queen responded with compassion, arranging a home for her. The Queen had both the power and the will to help—a glimpse of what true care looks like.
In a far greater way, God heard the cries of His people in Egypt (Exodus 2:25). He sent Moses to bring freedom and lead them to a good and spacious land (Exodus 3:8). God not only sees our pain; He acts with perfect love and power.
Like Israel, we too can bring our needs before the Lord. He may not answer as we expect, but His provision is always wise and timely. When we trust His heart, we find peace even while we wait for His deliverance.
