‎FROM BLACKOUT TO BRIGHT NEWS

LUKE 2:8–14

‎During a sudden blackout, a Nigerian family gathered round a lantern, sharing stories and laughter. Then power returned, flooding the room with light. Christmas joy often arrives like that—unexpectedly, cutting through fear with hope.

‎In Luke 2:8–14, shepherds on a quiet hillside were startled by angels. “Do not be afraid,” they heard, for a Saviour was born. Heaven announced peace, and ordinary workers became first witnesses of God’s great joy.

‎Today, amid economic strain, insecurity, or worry, Jesus still meets us where we are. His birth brings light to dark moments and hope worth sharing.

🙏 ‎ May the Lord Jesus shine His hope into your life today. Amen.
