JOHN 16:1-11; 16:33
A woman tested herself in accounting for fun to see how she would do. The outcomes were just not good. She was incorrect in all of her responses. She failed because she had a flawed understanding of a basic banking concept at the onset. Her debits and credits were reversed.
We occasionally mix up our debits and credits in the spiritual world as well. Satan does not deserve the credit we give him when we blame him for everything that goes wrong, including terrible weather, a stuck printer, and financial difficulties. We are giving him authority over how good our lives will be that he does not have.
We will experience problems in our lives, but they cannot stop us. Against the odds, Jesus has already triumphed. To Him goes all the credit.
