JOHN 20:19–31
After losing his sight and hearing, Ludwig van Beethoven continued composing some of history’s greatest music. Though surrounded by hardship, he refused to surrender to despair and pressed on with determination.
In John 20:19–31, the disciples hid behind locked doors, troubled and afraid after Jesus’ crucifixion. Jesus suddenly appeared among them, spoke peace, and breathed the Holy Spirit upon them. Their fear changed into joy and boldness. Thomas also moved from doubt to confident faith after meeting the risen Christ.
The Holy Spirit still strengthens believers in difficult seasons. When fear, weakness, or uncertainty comes, remember Christ is near. Trust His Spirit to give you peace, courage, and strength to continue serving God faithfully each day.
🙏May the Holy Spirit fill you with peace, strength, and courage.
