The Lord has promised to guide, satisfy, prosper, refresh, rebuild, raise up, repair, and restore His people. Glory! ISAIAH 58:11-12.
Even though the lion hunts, God brings the lion its prey. Our hard work, long hours, and playing politics will not get us the next big deal or the next promotion. We do what we can with the talents God gave us but the victory is the Lord’s and the Lord’s alone. JOB 38:35-41.

What joy that we can come before the Heavenly Throne as imperfect products, flawed by sin, while our Heavenly Father sees us through the filter of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross and makes us whole again. EPHESIANS 1:4.
We don’t need people to write commendations for us, because they can look at us to see the effect of the gospel in our lives. Others learn about God by watching us. 2 CORINTHIANS 3:2.
God loves us so much that He is absorbed with every detail of our lives. Even the number of hairs on our heads draws His attention. LUKE 12:6-7.
This is very true – “Men must be governed by God or they will be ruled by tyrants” (William Penn). Only under His leadership, through Jesus Christ, can all be well. 1 TIMOTHY 6:15.
We pray, shooting earthly petitions up to God. Sometimes it feels seemingly insignificant down here and almost indiscernible. But once our prayers break through the Heavens, God takes hold of them and something wonderful happens. LUKE 18:1.
We were enemies of Christ. Running from Him. Until He saved us. Let us make sure that we are not chasing other enemies away! ACTS 11:18.
