There is no human on earth who has not at one time or another been unhappy, perturbed, or in debt. Even children and teenagers experience moments of being dissatisfied or fed up with school, their parents, or rules.
This is why Jesus is called our Saviour. He came to save us from the headaches all around us. Faith in Him changes everything. Life can still be difficult, even for Christians, but His help in our times of crisis is certain.
Take a look again at the life of David. He was forced to run for his life, after being chosen by God to be king. He got encouragement from God to press forward despite the obstacles. He found himself running from king Saul until he was surrounded by “every one that was in distress, and every one that was in debt, and every one that was discontented…and he became a captain over them: and there were with him about four hundred men” (1 Samuel 22:2). And because David’s faith in God was contagious, these men became mighty warriors. God built an army for king David.
This same God can turn your obstacles to miracles today.
