Can our word be counted on? Have we earned a good name by being trustworthy and dependable? We must be to others like God is to us — as good as our word. JOSHUA 23:14.

Jesus was born to die and rise again so every person could receive an everlasting hug. JOHN 3:16.

We need to heed the exhortation to follow Christ, even when hard times come. 1 PETER 2:21.

God is the never-forgetting, always promise-keeping God. To the point of making good on a promise He gave way back to Abraham. LUKE 1:54-55.

God is with us in every assignment that He gives us. He knows what needs to be done and how, and He has the power to make it happen. LUKE 1:37.

We will not always understand what God is up to or why we must go through trials and tribulations. What we can count on is the power, presence, and love of a Heavenly Father who loves us. LUKE 1:6-7, 13.

Let us all be alert and aware of the times. Keep your eye on the prize, with the cross as your guide, and you will not be found sleeping. MARK 13:31.

God understands all of us. He has a lot of great things to tell us. He knows the best way to get His message to us. Glimpses of this understanding can be seen in the Bible.  HABAKKUK 2:2.
