A Matter of Trust

If we enter a plane or car our lives would be guided by the hands of a captain or driver. We do not know, neither  are we known by him. We just become dependent on his skill. We can trust God too. HEBREWS 4:16.

Secrets

We keep things secret. God wants us to come before Him exposed – open, honest, and unafraid. The more we live secretly, the more we live sinfully. 2 KINGS 17:9.

Suffering

There comes a time when we are going to have to suffer. It is not going to be easy to maintain our commitment and our vows to the Lord.  1 PETER 3:14.

Shooting Ourselves

No weapon formed against us can prosper, but we can help the enemy by inflicting wounds on ourselves. That is when we just agree with every negative thought that comes in. ISAIAH 54:17.

Open Thou Our Eyes Oh Lord

Information does not change us, revelation does. God waits for teachable moments when our hearts are open, and His Spirit quickens the information we have. He opens our spiritual eyes to comprehend the truth. LUKE 24:31.
