Peace

God is supernatural and so is His peace. It transcends all natural forms. It outdoes. It overshadows. It outperforms every single time. And when we think it cannot possibly get any better, it does. PHILIPPIANS 4:7.

Hold up The Light

It is easy to love the lovely, but speaking gentle words from a kind and forgiving heart when we have been wronged or provoked is a work of the Holy Spirit. It happens when we give up our agenda and take hold of God’s own. JOHN 13:34-35.

Servanthood

Jesus viewed servanthood as a privilege. He also taught that to His disciples. We tend to believe we have rights and we should assert them. As Christians, we may have rights, but to serve and give up our rights is a privilege. JOHN 13:12-14.

Social media likes

In this era of social media, many people seek those who would just like what they post on platforms. But we should not just aim at popularity. Remember, Jesus already “likes” us and He is the only One we should be  aiming to please. 2 CORINTHIANS 5:14.

God Pleasers

Many times we look to men for applause and recognition. However, when we truly follow our life’s calling and pour ourselves into it, we are honouring God. This becomes an act of worship that others will recognize sooner or later. COLOSSIANS 3:23. Welcome to the month of June!

The King

Jesus is KING! He has ascended and is enthroned. EVERYTHING is under His rule and authority. Whatever is going on in our lives, He has power over it. HEBREWS 4:16.

Getting to The Top

King Solomon articulated this principle and modeled it. His wealth and wisdom grew as he submitted to God. Always remember: success is not an accident. Plan and submit to God. PROVERBS 16:3.

God is Good

Despite our ups and downs – whether we are rejoicing on the mountaintop or wallowing in the valley – God is good. And His goodness is a foundation solid enough to build our faith upon. PSALM 25:8.

Time Bomb

Do we expect others to cover our family in prayer and teach our children about Jesus? God has given that duty to us. To desist is like neglecting a time bomb – it could be disastrous. PROVERBS 22:6.
