To be filled, we must first be emptied of ourselves, our sin, our wants, our desires. Anytime we cling to anything (even good things) other than God, we hinder the working of the Holy Spirit. We need to stay surrendered completely. EPHESIANS 5:18.
Where we cannot make things go the way we want, God has a plan in store that is better than we can imagine. 1 CORINTHIANS 2:9.
The future is no place to place our better days. Let us place it on Jesus! PHILIPPIANS 4:11-13.
