ACTS 16:25-34
A caged bird may be trapped behind bars, its wings clipped by circumstance, yet each morning it sings. Though it cannot fly, it lifts its voice—soft, steady, and hopeful. Its song is not silenced by confinement; instead, it rises above it. In many ways, we are like that bird—held back by trials, illness, or sorrow. Yet even in restrictions, we are free to praise.
Paul and Silas sang from prison, proving that worship is not limited by walls.
Hard times may surround us, but they do not have to silence us. In our trials, worship can still rise, bringing hope and light to us and those around us.
🙏 May the Lord help you sing even when life cages you. May your praise rise beyond pain, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
