PROVERBS 16:1–3, 9
A young woman boarded a bus to the city for a job interview. Midway, the bus broke down in a remote village. She was frustrated—this delay meant a missed opportunity. But while waiting, she met a woman who later connected her to an even better job.
As Proverbs 16 says, we may plan our path, but it is God who determines our steps.
We often forget to seek His will and grow impatient when things do not go our way. But God’s detours are often His direction.
