HOPE IN THE WAITING

LAMENTATIONS 3:22–23

He applied for several jobs, hoping for that one “yes”. He prayed, updated his resume, and stayed hopeful—but months passed with silence or rejection.

He began asking, “God, did You forget me?” However, he reminded himself of one fact every morning: the Lord’s immense love and His mercies are new every day. (Lamentations 3:22–23).

God was not punishing him—He was growing his trust. Waiting did not mean He stopped caring.

Then finally, just when he least expected it, the offer came. The right job. At the right time.

God is faithful—even in the waiting. It may not happen on our timeline, but His timing is never wrong. So keep showing up, keep trusting, and do not lose hope.

🙏 May the Lord Jesus answer your prayers. Amen.
