2 CORINTHIANS 5:1–9
I like to look up at a clear blue sky. The sky is a magnificent work of art that our wonderful Creator has left for us to enjoy. Just think of how much the pilots must love the view! The phrase “You can see to tomorrow” is my favourite among the various aviation jargon used to describe a perfect sky for flying.
Our limited visibility in life can lead to despair, as we may struggle to see and understand the challenges we face today. However, trusting in God, who sees all our tomorrows perfectly and knows our needs, is crucial. The apostle Paul, who knew this, encourages us to live by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).
Trusting God with our day and unseen tomorrows ensures we do not worry about life’s challenges. He knows what is ahead, is strong and wise enough to handle it, and we walk with Him.
🙏Lord Jesus, we can trust You for today and tomorrow because You are kind, good, loving, wise, and powerful. Teach us not to worry.
