NOTHING IS HIDDEN

HEBREWS 4:12–16

In 2015, 245 million surveillance cameras were installed globally, growing by 15% annually. Millions of people with smartphones capture daily images, creating a global, cameras-everywhere society and causing debates on security and privacy.

The New Testament book of Hebrews states that our relationship with God is more exposed and accountable than surveillance cameras can see. God’s Word, like a sharp sword, penetrates deep into our being, judging our thoughts and attitudes, and everything is uncovered and held accountable.

Jesus, who did not sin, experienced our weaknesses and temptations, allowing us to approach God with confidence. We do not need to fear Him, but we can be assured of finding grace upon coming to Him.

🙏 Dear God, nothing is hidden from your sight, nothing is greater than your love, nothing is stronger than your mercy and grace, and nothing is too hard for your power. May we find grace in you, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
