BUSINESS OF RESTORATION

PHILIPPIANS 3:1-8

Adam Minter, son of a junkyard owner, explores the global junk business and its multibillion-dollar waste recycling industry in his book Junkyard Planet. He highlights entrepreneurs worldwide repurposing discarded materials like copper wire, rags, and plastics for new, useful products.

After Paul turned his life over to the Saviour, he realised his achievements and abilities were nothing more than trash. Jesus transformed them into something new and useful. Paul, trained in Jewish religious law, had been an angry and violent man towards those who followed Christ. However, after being transformed by Christ, his anger was transformed into the love of Christ for others (2 Corinthians 5:14–17).

If you feel like your life is just a collection of trash, just keep in mind that God has always been in the restoration business. When we surrender our lives to Him, He transforms us into something brand new and beneficial for both Him and others.
