PSALM 145:1-18; PSALM 96:4
According to the Westminster Catechism, “Man’s chief end is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.” Scripture encourages us to worship the living God with joy and adoration.
We experience that joyful state for which we were made when we give God heartfelt praise. Just as a stunning sunset or a serene pasture setting serves as a reminder of the majesty of the Creator, worship unites us closely with Him on a spiritual level.
Although we must praise God, it is not our praise that makes Him who He is. By taking in the thrill of His unending love and basking in His presence, we can rejoice in the One who came to save and restore us (Psalm 16:11).
🙏🏻 Dear Lord, we will praise Your name always.
