Breathe in, breathe out. We do it about 12-14 times a minute without thinking. At rest, our lungs take in about six liters of air per minute. When we are working hard, we can take in more than one hundred liters per minute.
Breathing is a miracle we do not stop to think about very much. It is involuntary; we just do it. Without the ability to breathe we are dead or on the danger list.
And did I hear somebody just say he/she needs a miracle? You just got one, and another, and yet another. Keep breathing!
